The HotSpots Report is a source of market information and trading ideas. The top table identifies the industry groups that are having the greatest change in market capitalization that day, and therefore the greatest positive and negative impact on the market. The groups in the top table are sorted based on their percentage change in market capitalization.

The four tables on the bottom half of the report are a great source of trading ideas. These tables identify the stocks that are moving with and against the trend of the industry groups found in the table at top. Each table has two stocks from each of the five best- or worst-performing industry groups. For example, the table labeled "Stocks in the Top 5 Groups - Group Leaders" identifies the two stocks with the greatest percentage price gain in each of the five best-performing industry groups.
